I’ve been pretty bad at blogging here, but now I have an idea I want to try out. After the summer, I’ll start blogging about leadership. It’s partly about building my personal brand since I work as a consultant focused on leadership roles, but more importantly, I think it could become the foundation for something valuable, especially for new managers.
